Happy full moon! The November full moon is called the Beaver Moon. The moon will rise at sunset, peak at midnight and set at sunrise all over the world. This full moon is also a supermoon, the final in a series of four. A supermoon occurs when the moon is at perigee or within 90% of perigee (the point at which the moon is nearest to the earth).

Sun and moon oppose one another in Taurus and Scorpio. Where Taurus walks with confident, self-satisfied steps in daylight hours, Scorpio slinks low to the ground in utter darkness. This super full moon revolves around power and control. But let’s be clear: it’s the art of self-control we master now.

Feeling exhausted, depressed, overwhelmed, beholden?

Stand your ground like Taurus. Be bold, assertive, and decisive. And then chill. Relax. Celebrate life. This is how Taurus operates, separating work from play, challenge from ease. She knows when to step forward, and when to step back, or lay down. With a cat. This supermoon is an emotional apex, but in a controlled and sensible kind of way. The information we receive is novel, but not entirely. It’s a confirmation of deeper feelings felt along the way.

Saturn Retrograde in Pisces ends on this supermoon. The moon herself will form a close conjunction to Uranus Retrograde in Taurus so we definitely need to be prepared for some headstrong, if not explosive, moments. Expect the unexpected. Uranus always has last-minute changes up his sleeve.
