This first quarter moon follows the New Moon in Virgo on Sep 2. The first quarter juncture is when we decide what to carry forward from the New Moon. First quarter phases clarify our plans. On the Super Lunar Eclipse in Pisces we will see the results.
Virgo and Sagittarius are both mutable signs. (All moon phases during Virgo Season will always fall in the other mutable constellations.) Mutable energy cannot sit still; it must keep going. When mutable constellations get together, notes of change, movement, and progress fill the sky. This is a great time to travel, maybe even internationally.
